Animated Short Films and Bits and Pieces

3D Character Animation:

This is my 3D Animated Short Film from my Digital Character Animation Program at Vancouver Film School. It took about 4 months to put everything together, we had to storyboard, model, rig, animate, light, and compose everything.
This short film is about a little girl in a toy store who is searching for the perfect teddy bear.

"A Beary Good Day"

Here are some acting assignments from my Digital Character Animation Program at Vancouver FIlm School.

"Nobody Listens"
I animated it, and the rig is from the Eleven Second Club.

"Pole Dancing Lessons" -Team Assignment

I animated the girl character on the right, and Curtis James Richardson Smith animated the Boy character on the left. The rig is from the Eleven Second Club.

Classical Animation:

This is my Classical Short Film from my Classical Animation Program at Vancouver Film School. It took about 5 months to create, and it consists of 1200+ drawings.
This short film is about a father, daughter fly fishing trip. My dad has always talked about wanting to go fishing one day, and this is how I figured it would turn out, if it were to ever happen.

"Lip Locked"

This is my Flash Short Film also from my Classical Animation Program at Vancouver Film School. It took about 3 weeks to learn the software and create this short film.
This short film is a sequel to my classical film. I thought it would be fun to show the audience a view from the worm's perspective.

"A Love Story"
